Ingredients: 6 eggs 6 strips Turkey Bacon 1/2 cup low fat shredded cheese Instructions: lightly grease muffin tin Beat together eggs – add a little salt & pepper Cook Bacon and break into pieces Place bacon in bottom of tin and pour in egg mixture Sprinkle cheese on top Bake
